The Fitpod is a private workout space designed to offer supportive, non judgemental fitness sessions. I offer one to one and dynamic duo programmes (that’s if you prefer to share every crunch, rep and lift with a friend or partner!) that are totally tailored to you and your goals. After your consultation, I’ll work to build a personalised plan and detailed roadmap of sessions to help you get to where you want to be.
Fit15 Online Coaching
Fit15 is a 12 week coaching programme designed to fit into a busy lifestlye. Consisting of 15 minute workouts designed to elevate fitness, boost strength and enhance wellbeing.
Scientists say that it takes 12 weeks of a structured routine to see significant improvements from a training programme and Fit15 will help you do just that.
A mix of short, effective and enjoyable full body cardio and strength workouts combined with nutritional support aimed to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle change that fits around you.
Find yourself with more than 15 minutes to spare? Stack the workouts together and and go for longer. It’s that simple!
