Real fitness for real people

Hi I’m Liz, a personal trainer and Mum of two with a passion for helping women build their confidence and optimise their health physically and mentally in an enjoyable and balanced way that will take them to their full potential and beyond.

I have a background in competitive sport having represented Great Britain in the Modern Pentathlon. During this time I studied a HND in Coach Education and Sports Performance at Bath University and went on to gain a First Class Honours BSc Sports Studies.

After graduating, I began a career in teaching and had my two daughters. It was my own journey back to fitness that inspired me to help others and I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2020, launching the FITPOD straight after.

I know what it’s like to juggle a hundred and one responsibilities and still try to find time to look after yourself. Taking a down-to-earth real-life approach to fitness, nutrition and wellbeing I build a plan tailored to your ability, your goals and most importantly your life.

I look forward to taking you on a journey of health and happiness.
